Common questions

How does per-screen pricing work?

You pay for each physical screen connected to HelixCast. Whether that screen mirrors presentations all day or runs signage 24/7, the price is the same.

What counts as a screen?

Any display running the HelixCast app. A TV in a conference room, a kiosk in a hallway, a lobby display — each one counts as a screen.

Can I mix plans across locations?

Enterprise plans let you manage different billing groups. If you have a few pilot locations on Growth and want to add an enterprise location later, just talk to us.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. You get 14 days free on the Growth plan — no credit card required. After that, you can downgrade, upgrade, or cancel.

What happens if I go over my screen limit?

We'll let you know before anything breaks. You'll have the option to upgrade your plan or remove screens. No surprise charges.

Can departments manage their own screens?

Yes. Growth and Enterprise plans let you assign screens to departments and give department managers permission to schedule content — within limits your IT team sets.

Do you charge per user?

No. Users are not the billing unit — screens are. Add as many content creators, schedulers, and viewers as you need (subject to seat limits per plan).

What integrations do you support?

Google Calendar, Microsoft 365, Slack, weather feeds, RSS, social walls, Airtable, Notion, and 30+ more. Enterprise plans get custom API connections.
